Nesolagus
From Burrows to Breakthroughs
We believe every meaningful signal
starts below the surface.
Nesolagus is named for the rare striped rabbit of Sumatra—an elusive creature that thrives by sensing shifts others miss and slipping through a hidden network of burrows. Like our namesake, we’re quiet navigators of the unseen. We dig deep, follow the trails that matter, and surface stories that don’t just inform—they transform. Our work is part instinct, part design, part underground mapmaking. Each project carries the stripes of that method—earned, not imposed. Read the full story here.
Hear the pronounciation
Meet Warren.
In the wild, a warren is a lattice of tunnels where rabbits live, hide, rest, and listen.
Our Warren works the same way. It’s not a tool—it’s a shelter. A place made of questions. A system designed to make quiet voices feel safe being loud.
Every tunnel leads somewhere new: a memory, a frustration, a breakthrough, a pattern. Some open into chambers where themes take shape. Others circle back and echo until something deeper emerges.
People don’t just answer in Warren. They leave tracks. We follow them until meaning forms.

Inside The Burrow (Our Process)
The work begins in the dark—not with answers, but with atmosphere. We don’t rush. We don’t script. We listen for vibrations, sniff for movement, and follow the trails that matter. Here’s how we move through the warren:
We Settle
We get still. We listen without asking questions yet. We absorb the rhythm of a place, a people, a problem.
We Track
We notice what repeats, what hides, what pulses just below the surface. The data comes later—first we tune in.
We Dig
We build custom tunnels—surveys, conversations, story prompts, visuals—whatever opens a path.
We Surface
We don’t launch campaigns—we emerge with messages shaped by what we found, not what we guessed.
We Scatter and Return
Some messages go wide; some return with even more to learn. We watch what changes.
We Reshape the Warren
We refine the tunnels, widen what works, seal off what didn’t. And when we’re ready, we go again
The Legend of
the Striped Rabbit
In 1998, a motion-triggered camera in Sumatra’s cloud forest captured a creature most scientists had written off as lost: Nesolagus netscheri, the striped rabbit. Shy, nocturnal, and perfectly camouflaged, it survives by vanishing into a lattice of hidden tunnels—a warren—where every entrance opens into many others.
That image guides our work. The voices that matter most—students, customers, communities—often live below the noise. Warren, our digital warren of questions, builds those tunnels: quiet spaces where people feel safe sharing what they usually keep hidden. From there, the threads connect. Patterns emerge. Something whole takes shape.
The stripes in our mark salute the rabbit’s quiet resilience. The interwoven tunnels in our system honor the refuge it builds.
